Teac's versatile AD-600 is ideal for recording musicians and anyone seeking full-featured CD and cassette performance. For both CD and cassette, you'll be able to adjust the playback pitch by +/- 12 percent--terrific for DJs.

CD features include a 1-bit digital-to-analog converter, 20-track programming, music skip, intro play, random play, repeat play (1 track/all tracks/A-B looping), and time display (total/elapsed/remaining). The option of Dolby B cassette noise reduction provides recordings with high signal-to-noise ratios and ensures compatibility with most existing recorded cassettes. The deck uses an easy-to-read multi-function fluorescent display and offers individual left/right peak program level meters.

A 4-digit tape counter provides an accurate way to locate a tape segment, and a front-panel headphone jack with dedicated volume control permits private listening so you can enjoy a cassette without disturbing others or cue a tape while another source is playing through you room monitors. For connections, you get a set of stereo analog (left/right) RCA input jacks for the cassette deck and separate analog audio outputs for the CD and the cassette sections. An optional EIA rack mount kit (model RM-510) houses the component safely and efficiently--perfect for project-studio use. The deck comes with a full-function remote control and it's fully UR (Teac Unified Remote) compatible.
