Stand is not included in this listing. This is for the CD player only. This unit worked fine until I didnt use it for a while and now it wont start up the CDs. The sledge still moves like normal to each CD, the jaws release the discs, but then the CD tries to start spinning but doesnt.

After trying for a bit it goes into Pause. My research points to it most likely needing a new laser, which fortunately the MK2 seems to be some of the best candidates for this type of repair because of parts availability. Some have also fixed this by cleaning the existing laser. I cannot confirm this is the actual issue on this unit, just sharing my research. Everything else works great and is in nice physical condition. Sledge moves very fast with glass door closed, and slower with open. Glass door opens and closes smoothly with the push of the button. Please understand the amount of cost and care that will go into packaging a delicate item like this.
